You should come over at 10am. You will be a part of the labor reps meeting from 101030, and then we have another room reserved in case you need to talk with them about other specifics at 1030. Does that work?

Should I just come to the 9:30? Come after meeting? What do I do? Thoughts?

Tate The 10th would work for us if you can do it. We meet with EEI from 9:30 am to 10:30, so any time after 11:00 or 11:30 would be best for us but we will do any time you can do it. Jim

Hi Jim and Brian!
I look forward to meeting you soon and thanks Taylor for the info. I will be sure and make the 10th a priority if that works for everyone else's schedules (?). Let me know!

Jim and Brian,
I wanted to introduce you to Tate Bennett, with EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt. She is leading the office's external engagement efforts. In doing so, she'd like to follow-up with staff of the members of UJEP that signed the recent letter sent to Administrator Pruitt.
I have copied her to this email to facilitate the introductions and a stafflevel meeting in the next week or so.

Tate, please meet Jim Hunter, who is President of UJEP and former Utility Department Director at the IBEW. As well as Brian Kerkhoven, energy policy director for North America's Building Trades Unions.
Please let me know if I can be of assistance. We tentatively have our monthly labor reps meeting next Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 9:30 AM if that might work to get everyone together.
Best, Taylor
