Matt Fink, contacted the State Officials in New York and found that a gr eat number of violations had been issued to contractors using all manufacturers' products. The violations were Issued because of job conditions and the fact that the workmen were not using face masks. There is no question but that the State of New York is going to insist that face masks be worn, particularly while sanding. We subscribe to this and recommend face masks be worn. The State officials indicated they were going to get tough on this and require face masks, and also require removal of the dust at the end of the day by vacuum.
