I think our case went in very well before the Referee. However there were many collateral questions I could have asked after putting in the main defense, but I thought I would leave these questions out expecting of course that the claimant's attorney would ask a few of them by way of cross-examination and if that did occur then we would have seen him floundering around to his great discomfort.
