Atlantic Branch 18,050.00: Alterations to Barton Pots Nos. 27 and 28, Bradley Plant, Brooklyn, New York - Expiration Date - October 31, 1963. 13,190.00: Installation of "U" Tube Coolers, Perth Amboy, New Jersey - Expiration Date - October 31, 1963. The Committee approved, ratified and confirmed the sale by National Lead Company of its two-thirds (2/3) interest in Zinnwerke Wilhelmsburg G.m.b.H. to Norddeutsche Affinerie for the sum of DM 4,180,000 ($1,045,000.00). The Committee ratified and approved the purchase for the sum of $2,297,432.59, of $2,500,000.00 (Cdn.) Ford Motor Credit Co. of Canada Ltd., 91 day Note, due September 27, 1963, to yield 3.65% taxable. Upon motion, the meeting then adjourned. Secretary 0000-NLI-000021216
