Thanks so much Lee. Perhaps we can include on the agenda for our proposed June 13th meeting?

Would love to follow up with you on private equity partnerships in infrastructure. Why don't we find a time that works for a follow up meeting.

Dear Lee, Andrew and Peter:
Many thanks for including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in today's water sector discussion with U.S. EPA's leadership - Administrator Pruitt, Deputy Administrator Wheeler, Assistant Administrator for the Office of Water Ross and you. I appreciate your interest in collaborating with the sector to advance our shared water infrastructure priorities.
The Chamber is happy to assist.
I wanted to raise the following opportunities regarding the finance issue:
Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA
Tiers 8&9
ED 002061 00099630-00001
1) <!--[if !supportLists]--x!--[endif]->Mobilizing private capital - We are pleased to work with you, the Finance Center team and other stakeholders to engage our members across the water, financial services and investment communities to explore the challenges for investors in identifying a pipeline of bankable water projects and catalyzing unique partnerships to test innovative finance and governance solutions. This effort will leverage the good work already being done by you, AWWA and other leaders in the space.
2) <!--[if !supportLists]--x!-[endif]-->Aligning investments for rural water access - The Chamber is working with USDA Rural Development, RCAP and others to convene a meeting of federal, state, local and private funders to align investments in rural water access across California - a possible pilot for the nation to help meet the Interagency Task Force for Rural Prosperity goals. It would be useful for the Finance Center to participate.
In addition, the Chamber is well positioned to be helpful on the workforce and nutrient issues mentioned.
I have floated a draft agenda (attached) for our meeting on June 13thto include the above and would be pleased to discuss your feedback. I know there may be a conflict with your participation in ACE as well.
You can reach me on my cell with questions.
All the best,
Chuck
