You mentioned another visit to ND this fall and a potential visit to Houston for the Administrator. Do you have any information on dates? The weather in ND is pretty uncertain starting October, so any well tour after September is probably not a good use of Pruitt's time (as it could get cancelled last minute). I'm thinking maybe a visit with our executives if Pruitt goes to Houston and then maybe next summer a joint well tour with Zinke in ND. Just my initial thoughts. It could coincide with when EPA is working on the methane reconsideration rule and BLM is working on a redo of the venting and flaring rule.
