The next meeting is scheduled for April 7, 1980 at 1:30 p.m. in the Maintenance Conference Room. The attached action plan will be evaluated for completeness at that time. RECENT CASE The background behind the recent OSHA citation was discussed. It was clear that UCC was cited for working a restricted employee in an area that was prohibited by the restriction. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the current procedures utilized to implement permanent restrictions, temporary restrictions, agent restrictions, and medical recommendations. The procedures will be altered and/or U/A'd to be assured that no employee will be exposed to any environment as indicated in any of the above mentioned restrictions/recommendations.
