Hopeful this email finds you well! Administrator Pruitt asked me to reach out to you and see if you might be willing to get a time set up for the two of you to have a meeting. If there is someone I can work with to help get that facilitated, I would greatly appreciate it.
Have a wonderful day!

Sydney,
I apologize that it has taken a bit of time to return the attached meeting request form. Coordination among the attendees and finding available dates to propose to you and Administrator Pruitt was a little tricky. We are suggesting May 9, May 11 or May 12 (times specified in the form). If Administrator Pruitt is not free during those times, please let me know as soon as possible, and we will revisit calendars.
Thanks again.
Best, Komai

It was great talking with you as well! The form I referenced is attached. I'll take a peek at the end of April and come up with some dates for you all.
Thanks! Sydney
