This amendment increases the budget by 9.1 M; 1.6M is Shell's share. I have faxed a copy to API and have put one of the originals in overnight mail to API and the other original on file in HSSE. The API Executive Committee will be meeting via telecon on Wednesday, April 11 , to consider approval of advance funding for the laboratory until a new contract can be put in place and approval of CinPathogen as the contracting entity.
