Attached are area summaries, summaries of excursions above 1, 5, 25 and 100 ppm VCM and a listing of all excursions observed at or above 100 ppm VCM. Monitoring point RE #9 remained in special service during this period. Point RE #20 was put back into normal service on October 24, 1975,
The plant was in operation seven days for this report period running at about 90% utilization. The following summaries are taken from a tabulation of 25% of the data or one set of readings per hour.
The Reactor Building showed 395 readings > 1 ppm, 24 excursions > 25 ppm and 4 readings > 100 ppm.
The Pilot Plant showed 195 readings > lppm, 9 excursions > 25 ppm and no readings > 100 ppm.
The General Area showed 123 readings > 1 ppm, 6 excursions >25 ppm and 1 reading > 100 ppm.
The Lift Station showed 23 readings _> 1 ppm, 4 excursions y25 ppm and no readings y 100 ppm.
The Parshall Flume showed 34 readingsy 1 ppm, 6 excursions >25 ppm and no readings > 100 ppm.
All readings greater than or equal to 100 ppm are tabulated in Table IV. Five readings at or above 100 ppm occurred during this report period reflecting four separate incidents. Three incidents occurred in the Reactor Building affecting the recovery compressor room, the # 2 slurry transfer pumps, the defoamer tanks and the second floor center aisle. One incident occurred in the General Area affecting the tank farm VCM transfer pumps. There were no incidents in the Pilot Plant this report period.
