You may know one another already, but here is a list of who will be moderating and speaking on this panel: Kristy A. Niehaus Bulleit, Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP (moderator) Brooks M. Ross, U.S. EPA's Office of Water (speaker) Steve Fleischli, NRDC (speaker) You've all been invited to speak based on your expertise in the Clean Water Act. This is a very exciting and interesting time for Clean Water Act practitioners, and I could not imagine a better group of people to share their knowledge and experience in this important area of environmental law. I would like to schedule our first planning conference call to discuss logistics related to the conference, topics to be covered on the panel, format of the panel, and responsibilities of the speakers and moderator.
