It is a company regulation that all barges, while made up to Conoco's docks, in any capacity, must, at all times, have an operable tug standing by. B. It is a company regulation that all ships, while made up to Conoco's docks, in any capacity, must be operable at all times. 1. In case of emergency there are two tug companies that maintain docking tugs in the area. A minimum of two tugs are berthed at this location which is approximately 30-45 minutes from Conoco's facilities. (b) Sab-ne Towing and Transportation Company, Inc. Lake Charles City Docks Ber h 9 Contraband Bayou Phor.a: 318-439-3898 (24 hours) A nr nimum of two tugs are berthed at this location whicn is 10-15 minutes from Conoco's facilities. C. Vessels will be moved from Conoco's facilities during any emergency that might be hazardous to the safety of all personnel at that facility, and/or hazardous to the vessel at that facility.
