Individual shop inspection is required for minia ture boilers in the same manner as for power boilers. After obtaining the stamp to be used when min iature boilers are to be constructed to conform with this section of the Pennsylvania (ASME) Boiler Code, o 3+0tc inspector, or an inspector employed regularly by an insurance company and who is qualified under the rules of the Common wealth of Pennsylvania to inspect boilers, shall be notified that an inspection is to be made; and -he sholl inspect such boilers during construction and after completion. Manufacturers of miniaturo boilors built for use in Pennsylvania shall be required to register their names and addresses with the Department of Labor and Industry. A manufacturer of miniature boilers for use in Pennsylvania shall immediately forward to the Department of Labor and Industry a data report (on forms to be furnished by the Department), one report for each lot of boilers manufactured in series but not to exceed one hundred, when boilers are built for stock. Any boilers built for immediate shipment to a definite location, a separate data report shall be filed immediately with the Department giving the name and address of the purchaser of the boiler. Where a boiler is shipped for resale the name and address of the purchaser/user, if located in Pennsylvania, shall be immediately reported to the Department.
