H. Shah will invite Ludi Benner of Events Analysis to the next meeting.___________________________________________ J. Klimavicz will revise the brochure and send copies to Dr. Shah for distribution to the Panel for review by company legal departments._______________ H. Shah will work with C. Toth to draft a letter to AAR re: the recommendation on the standardization of cover plates on VC railcars.
H. Shah will contact AAR to request that the issue be put on the agenda for the next AAR Rail Work Group meeting. Formosa and Vista will submit lists of their railcars in use to G. Marshall for incorporation into the master list. G. Marshall will bring the list to the next Panel meeting.____________________________________________________ H. Shah will request a list of VCM incidents from CHEMTREC for 1993 and 1994 and send the list to Committee members._______________________________________________ V. Perry will contact TRANSCAER to see if the Panel could offer itself as a resource to TRANSCAER. H. Shah will contact the CMA Distribution Committee to see if the Panel could become a resource to the Committee on future distribution programs.
G. Marshall and V. Perry will try to arrange a two-day training session in Pt. Comfort, TX, in April 1995. G. Marshall will investigate holding a one-day session in Corpus Chrisi, TX. J. Klimavicz will contact Delaware Valley response personnel to see if there is any interest in either a one or two-day session. B. Wronko will work on setting up a training session in the Buffalo and Niagara Falls areas in 1995.

G. Marshall will prepare an abridged version of the twoday training manual and send it to Dr. Shah for review by the Committee prior to the next meeting. COMPLETED Committee members who wish to volunteer for the safety video work group should call H. Shah by Dec. 15
