RESEARCH MANAGERS' LUNCHEON MEETINGS WITH GENERAL MANAGEMENT
General Management joins me in inviting you to attend certain of our R&D luncheons where products under your respon sibility are discussed. The dates and agenda for 1981 are attached.
During these luncheon meetings, one of the Research Managers will present the R&D activities and strategies for significant programs. Most of the information will be familiar to you and your respective organizations, although there may be some recent data or possibly additional views which g6 beyond current business plans or R&D programs.
The presentations and discussions are relatively informal. From past experience, most of the questions can be adequately covered by R&D, although General Management may have specific business-related questions which would be more appropriate for you to answer. Normally the meetings are over by 1:45 PM.
We look forward to your attendance and participation at the meetings, A separate announcement for each meeting will be sent to you several days beforehand.
