Commercially, CGI isa partner to all oil and gas majors globally, providingservicesacros.5 the value chain, including exploration and production, refining, supply and distribution and B2B/B2C retail. CGI also built and implemented 12 of the 18 central market energy clearing houses in the world today. Its US Federal Government unit performs about $1.2 bi 11 ion annually. CG l's role at EPA has focused on reducing cost and decreasing the administrative burden through IT modernization, leading to results such as90% reduction in reporting time and a68% reduction in yearly costs for data collections. Focus areas include the use of shared services via the EPA Central Data Exchange to support state filing automation, streamlining industrysubmi5.5ions, supporting secure/streamlined TSCA data collection, and implementing EPA's hazardouswastee-Manifest system. CGI has been a contractor at EPA for 40+ years.
