This survey was used by Maintenance to locate and repair the listed VCM leaks and to determine fugitive VCM emissions. Attached is a list of the VCM leaks found in the 1989 survey. The 1989 survey located a total of 20 leaks and was conducted during the week of October 9 in the New Module and the VCM Tank Farm, and during the week of July 17 in the Old Module. During the week of October 16, all leaks found in the New Module and the VCM Tank Farm were repaired. The two leaks found in the Old Module were repaired the week of July 24. J. A.
