I had hard initially that the Administrator would like to be back in Oklahoma over the weekend. We are hosting a legal summit on the 21st that is Private and runs all day. I have scheduled the Administrator to speak at that lunch. It is a private affair, and I felt it would be a great place for him to speak about Flint or his legal philosophy of states rights vs national protection. I have him scheduled to speak then Friday at lunch, and this can change. but I would like him to address that group at some point on Friday, could be late in the day if possible. I would also like to set meetings with C level executives for the administrator and possibly have him at breakfast at Crow holdings on Saturday AM. My question is how can I help have his visit be positive and effective? We have worked well with many conservatives, last yer Lt. Gov Patrick came as well as our friend Ken Paxton. Patrick has spoken publicaly at EDT events as well as privately. WHAt does the administrator want to do? We will have various legislators and congressmen here from around the country. Would he like a private meeting with them? Congressmen Ken Calvert for example has told us he wants to come and I saw him at the NRCC event on Tuesday. I need you input. And I know you are swamped. We need to plan as well. Please help.
