University of Cincinnati The Kettering Laboratory College of Medicine - Eden Avenue Cincinnati 19, Ohio Dear Dr. Kehoe: As a result of your meeting with Mr. W. F. Kindt on October 22, 1962, we have reviewed the changes that would be acceptable to you in our contract proposal for off-gas testing of our P-7 ranges. After serious consideration, we do not feel we could agree to any change in the contract that would permit the Kettering Laboratory to publish any test results without our approval. We regret that we have to make this decision since we felt your Laboratory offered outstanding facilities and personnel to do this work. Wa will issue the instructions to have the three ranges now at your Laboratory returned to us. We also are willing to pay for the expenses incurred in preparing for the tests. '' " . ' . Very truly yours, .-.' vv - Z " - - ' / 4- / J J w Y' 4 ' N. W. Kirschke Manager - Engineering Range Department IS 6792 KE 0003971 V.
