Mr. Lovell,
Below are the responses we provided to Robin on Friday. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks.
Best, Louis
Robin,
Thanks for following up. Here are our responses to your questions:
Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA
Tier 1
ED 002061 00122128-00001
1. We would prefer Brittany Bolen as she spoke iast year and her remarks were well received. We would like to hear from her on EPA's further efforts on regulatory reform.
2. Event is closed to the press. We will have a professional photographer and we can coordinate a press release with your office.
3. We have scheduled the regulatory reform panel for around 8:45-9:15 AM and the rest of the day is scheduled for briefings with Congress so unfortunately we cannot move the timing of the panel
4. The Fly-In is at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill (400 Mew Jersey Avenue MW). I would meet Brittany in the hotel lobby prior to the panel starting. The format of the room is a large banquet hall with speakers situated at the front of the room speaking to our members. The audience will he cement and concrete industry CEOs, industry government affairs staff and member environmental and occupational health and safety leaders.
Thanks so much. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Best, Louis

Good morning,
I wanted to follow-up and see if you'd had time to review the questions below.
Thank you, Will

Good morning, I hope you are well. I work for Samantha Dravis and Brittany Bolen in EPA's Office of Policy. Following the email below, may I ask a few questions?
1. I believe both Samantha and Brittany were invited to serve in the same role for the 4/25 fly-in and Daisy Letendre was copied. I am thinking you'd welcome both or all of them to attend and would be glad if one could join you. I just want to be sure I understand the thinking behind the invitations, thanks.
2. Is this open to press? 3. The invite is for the 4/25 8:00-9:00 panel. Is there any flexibility in the timing of the panel (could it move to later
in the day)? Who else is on the panel? 4. Can you tell me a bit about the logistics, the location spot, format for the room, number of people etc.?
Thanks and take care. Robin

Brittany:
This is a follow up to my voice mail earlier today. The Portland Cement Association (PCA) and the North American Concrete Alliance (NACA) will be conducting their annual DC Fly-In on April 24-25, bringing in CEOs and high-level government affairs officials from a wide range of concrete and cement industry groups and their member companies.
As part of that, we are holding a morning policy panel to discuss administrative regulatory reform priorities between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and were hoping you could speak on the Agency's broader regulatory reform agenda, including but not limited to the Smart Sector program and activities related to the regulatory reform report. These are issues that are very important to our members and they provided us with very positive feedback when we conducted this session last year. A formal invitation is attached.
Feel free to reach out to me directly at[___ .ex jb____ior through my colleague, Louis Baer, Director of Government Affairs for Environment and Energy, at j___ Ex. 6____ i I hope you will be able to join us.
