Dear Mr. Long, I am writing to inform you that the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Buckeye Texas Hub LLC facility on March 11, 2024, included a visit to your facility at 7002 Marvin L Berry Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas, evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the March 2024 inspection EPA has determined no further action is required.
