The EO does not seem to have a direct link with EO 032817. This is a separate EO that sets up an Interagency Task Force with Ag (USDA) Sec as the Chair. Under normal circumstances, we should expect to receive a directive from the Office of the Secretary on how we should proceed. I suspect that we will hear from USDA, soon.
