LCVCM As of September 30, 1986, the Operations and Maintenance Departments have conducted an average of 7.85 hours/employee and 4.96 hours/employee of annual review training, respectively. Overall progress for the required eight hours annual training is estimated at 80% completion. Six of the Physical Measures projects have been completed to date. Basically, all materials have been ordered for the remaining seven projects, and a Basis of Bids is expected to be ready for issue by October 31, 1986. Under the current schedule, installation of all physical measures is expected to be completed within the scheduled date of April 7, 1987.
