Listed below are cherrypicker and/or carry deck crane activities that have been identified as hazardous and have been discontinued:
1. Carrying loads on jibs from location to location. 2. Traveling with headache balls not secured. 3. Wiring hook safety latches out of service.
Please advise if you are aware of any other practices that should be brought to our attention for correction.
