Kehoe Kettering Laboratory of Applied Physiology Eden Avenue University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Cincinnati, Ohio Dear Doctor Kehoe: The problem of lead analyses in patients sus pected of having lead poisoning has been coning; up for discussion again in our medical service, and I wonder - whether you might be in a position to peimit us to take advantage of your kind offer (February 24, 1943). If - J so, I would appreciate receiving one or two of the blood , collecting assemblies to keep on hand when such patients are admitted. We receive a few patients suspeofeed of having lead poisoning each year and It happens that one such patient is in the ward at the present time. If it would be helpful to you and you will send me the instruc tions, I would be glad to assemble the necessary equip- . ment. If I remember correctly, you use a special of needle which contains no solder. type <1 v . '' / With kindest personal regards, I am '_ FWSpl
