I appreciated the discussion and your candor about the Effluent Limitations Guidelines (ELG) issues. Second, during the conversation, we discussed some issues related to challenges in the ELG for produced water pretreatment requirements at POTWs regarding possible unique circumstances regarding potential beneficial use of water that would be precluded by the ELG. More specifically, we talked about a project involving the Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority. Following our meeting, I spoke with its staff and recommended that they reach out to you. Consequently, you may receive a contact from Leonard Levine on the issue.
