As we mentioned, BPC is developing the Infrastructure Fellows program for OPM as part of the Presidential Executive Fellows program. John Ryan is the program's first Infrastructure Fellow (CV attached). We understand that his paperwork is being processed by EPA's HR department in Las Vegas.
