The following information was obtained verbally from Mr. Agrawal unless otherwise noted.
Process Description: The INEOS' Channahon facility is a polymer styrene manufacturing facility. The facility has two manufacturing product lines:(]) High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), and (2) General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS). These products are used in a wide range of applications mainly in the food packaging industry. The polystyrene production is a continuous process. The facility claimed its process information as a confidential business information (CBI).
Staff Interview: The facility operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and has about 175 employees (over 3,500 employees worldwide). The facility's operations are covered under the 325211 Plastics Material and Resin Manufacturing, North American Industry Classification System code, and 2821 Plastics Materials, Synthetic Resins, and Nonvulcanizable Elastomers, Standard Industrial Classification code.

CLOSING CONFERENCE
The facility claimed its process flow diagrams, process information, and photos of process tanks CBI. The forward-looking infrared camera was used on styrene tanks F 701 and F 708 but there were no videos taken.
