.Dear Mr. Plasters:
The samples which you submitted to us have been analyzed
as requested; the results are compiled in the enclosed
tables.
The concentrations of airborne asbestiform fibers greater than five micrometers in length per ml of air were calcu lated based on field sampling data supplied by Ford Motor Company.
As discussed with you on April 21, 1976, the results of the X-ray diffraction analysis of the bulk talc sample (lab no. 97442) for asbestos will be forwarded to you upon completion.
It has been a pleasure to be of assistance to you. Please contact us if you have questions concerning any aspects of this report.
Very truly yours,
Robert D. Soule, P.E. Vice-President Director, Laboratory Services
