Orr Energy Services ran in well to 600 feet below surface and pumped 25 sacks of class A cement to surface then pulled the working string from the well. Orr connected to the 2 7/8-inch tubing which was already cemented inside the 5 1/2-inch casing and squeezed 25 sacks of class A cement until the well reached 1500psi. The well fell back to 1000psi and valves were closed locking 1000psi of cement pressure on the 2 7/8-inch tubing. Plugging activities were completed in accordance with the EPA approved plugging plan.
