Dear Ms. Mareno, I am writing to inform you that the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Port facility in Freeport, Texas on June 25, 2024, included a visit to your facility at FM 1495 and Levee Rd, Freeport, Texas, evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the June 2024 inspection EPA has determined no further action is required.
