' However, under date of March 5rd, Ronan writes as follows: "On Friday, Mr. J. G.. Davis, Asst. Div. Mgr. of the Continental Oil Co. at Wichita Falls, Texas, called me and stated that Mr. had attempted service of complaint on the Continental ^ D L C o . but that Mr. Jeffries, the local representative, had caused him to delay the servicej he also said that the doctors handling the case appeared to have reversed their attitude and now believe that the men have been poisoned by the gasoline." I have discussed this with Mr. Webb and he thinks it advisable for you to have one of your doctors go to Texas and examine this man, sending us a full report on his condition.
