Shea on th is su b je ct, it is our feeling that such publication would be u nd esirable b ecau se of the d istinct p o ssib ility of the la y p ress publishing p artial fa cts from which erroneou s conclusions could be drawn. Since there was evidently quite a bit of m isunderstanding among Bob K ehoe, J im B ou dreau , and m y self on this su b ject p rev iou sly , I called Bob this m orning who stated that the p roced u re I suggested above w as s a tis f a c t o r y so f a r a s he w as c o n c e rn e d .
