We need to be sure to have complete labels, employees have on right equipment, and MSDS sheets are up to date and accessible. ECP 1. Further to Mario's comments on Lubes. A complaint was turned in with concern to employee's exposure to H2S while loading trucks. Mario had done monitoring when complaint was first filed. Considered borderline problem, but Shell was looking at eliminating any hazard. There is potential to have high exposure to employees. Shell will use the same procedure as gauging sour tank (S-115). 2. A contractor slipped and injury seemed small. Contractor refused trip to Medical, wanting to "walk it off". Later the ankle became swollen and could be lost time. Have had several injuries during the year where First Aid was not gotten and later turned more serious. Reminder to everyone to seek first aid for any injury, regardless how minor it may seem. JRO 1. He had been asked a question about West Truck Rack concerning vapors there. Mario said ventilation being put in at truck rack Lubes. Jack suggested looking at the truck rack. 2. 60 people at A&M this week. 3. Roger had a good MER drill Monday 11/9/92. 4.
