Mr. Tully says that, unfortunate ly, he did not send you any direct request regarding Dr. Hammacher and Dr. de Priester, as this report was sent to Mr. Bevan before he was notified that these sections would be added to the area under his supervision. Upon checking up I find that everything in Noble's report to Mr. Tully, which applied to these two doctors, was copied and attached to my letter of September 20. Is this information suf ficient for you to make your decision regarding these two doctors? In the future, Mr. Tully will write direct to you regarding approval of doctors in his area.
