This is only a draft and I would welcome any comments you have in regard to the content on organization of the report. As you know, at this point we have not detected the formation of any TCDFs in laboratory testing related to this project. However, our understanding of the thermal decomposition of 1,2,4trichlorobenzene has advanced considerably and I am confident that this new information will lead to future experimental success. It's my understanding that Barry Dellinger will be meeting with you at the EPRI conference in Seattle to discuss the direction of future work.
