Hello Hayley,
Thank you for getting back with us so quickly.
Should we have a future event that might be a more convenient time and location we would be excited to have Administrator Pruitt address the association.
Thank you again for your consideration of our request.

Hello Bob,
I wanted to get back to you on this request. Unfortunately, the Administrator's schedule will not allow him to get out to Seattle for this event. However as I mentioned below, we would love the opportunity to have him address your group. If you happen to be in the DC area for a fly-in or other event in the future, please reach back out and we will try to make it work.
We wish you the best of luck on the event and hope that it is a success. Thank you for extending the invitation!

We are quite excited about the possibility of having the Administrator attend our annual meeting.
I also wanted to clarify that this meeting will only be in Seattle in 2018 and the only real flexibility would be to have it on Tuesday the 24th of April as opposed to Monday the 23rd of April 2018.
Thank you so very much for your direction in accomplishing this.
Should you have any other questions for us, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hello Bob,
Thank you for your message and invitation to the Administrator. I was hoping that you could complete the attached speaking request form for this event so that we could capture additional information. I also noticed that in your letter you mentioned that if we couldn't accommodate a trip to Seattle, perhaps we could do the address at a different time or location. Does your group do an annual DC fly-in or do you have any other events that would also be possibilities? In the chance that we can't make it to Seattle for this, we would be interested in exploring other opportunities to get the Administrator in front of your group.
Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you and we appreciate you reaching out!

The members of AWPA would be honored and enthusiastic to have Administrator Scott Pruitt be our keynote speaker.
The American Wood Protection Association is a nonprofit consensus based body that benefits the building, home improvement, electric utility, railroad and other infrastructure critical industries.
Please advise if there is anything we can do to help facilitate this possibility.
Good day and thank you,
