Per your 'phone conversation with P. J. pandolfi on January 15, 1957> one quart of Universal Base for W-50 (Titanium Dioxide) has been forwarded. This Base has a tendency to settle upon standing and should be mixed before use.
SUbJeot base was ground in 1/2 gallon continuous bottom feed/top discharge "47 process" unit. Pertinent data regarding grind variables are shown on attached base formula. Also attached are let-down formulas for "Duco", "Lueite" and "Dulux 100".
Please advise of any test results or observations concerning universal base development.
