Receive and file construction drawings for the future projects. C. Handle all clerical matters that will be ongoing from the Line 4, Base Plant, and Additive Uniformity projects. D. Take care of mail. E. Prepare reports as required. F. Receive, offload, store, and be accountable for new equipment and material. 2. Keep the Project Construction Manager on full time. His duties will be: A. Work with engineering on new projects. 1. Review engineering to determine drawing priorities for start of construction in August. 2. Prepare shutdown schedule for April, 1978 on both projects. 3. Assist in preparing construction schedule. 4. Review detail engineering to determine who to do. Brown & Root or vendor. 5.
