H Haley: 10 AM on Wednesday October the 18th makes sense. The 3 for sure are Judge Larson, Scott Sommer and Bill Hunt. I'll join if the Administrator would like me too or can catch up later at a dinner. Let me know his preferences but other three know the North Orange County Basin.
