Cinpathogen Contract & University of Colorado Grant Reviews INFORMATION: API updated BHRC on status of contract and grant. ACTION: API will inform BHRC of progress of getting contract and grant executed. 2. QA/QC ACTION: Technical Committee requested to proceed with identifying a QA expert to replace Dr. Judy Baldwin who resigned due to health reasons by concurrently contacting Huntington, Gail Jorgenson, and other options. 3. SRP/ERP Call Update DECISION: PI and SRP/ERP meeting is being planned for this summer as there is no annual meeting scheduled for this year, the BHRC members do not plan to attend the meeting. 4. Invoices & Payments ACTIONS: BHRC members to notify API if they have not received invoice. BHRC members to pay invoice as soon as possible. SH ELL-MCCLU RG-053777 5. Irons Case Update ACTION: Technical Committee requested to review and provide report to Oversight Committee on status. 6. API Executive Meeting DECISION: Each BHRC Oversight Committee member affirmed that they were no developments regarding the Shanghai Health Study that needed to be brought to the attention of the API Exec Comm.
