Good morning. I am one of the advance agents on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator's Protective Service Detail. Administrator Pruitt is a Cabinetlevel official and a federally protected person. He will be arriving at the Broadmoor on Wednesday, October 4, 2017<x-apple-data-detectors://6>, and staying for one night, along with his security detail. We respectfully request your assistance with the following:
I understand the difficulty in doing so based on occupancy, but I would like to keep our group in close proximity if at all possible for security purposes. Per our security protocols, we would like to have two armed agents positioned on both sides of the principal, with the other staff members in close proximity. I believe Gail Davis from our agency might have already requested the rooms be blocked in this fashion.
The individuals we would like to arrangement for are as follows: U.S. EPA Administrator E. Scott Pruitt Special Agent in Charge Pasquale Perrotta (armed federal agent) Special Agent William Stull (armed federal agent) Millan Hupp (Staff Advance, replacing Lincoln Ferguson's spot) Amy Graham (Staff Advance, possibly replacing Brian Boats spot)
Reservations have already been made for our lodging at the Broadmoor. I will be arriving on Tuesday, October 3, 2017<x-apple-data-detectors://9>, and would like to hold their rooms if at all possible on my credit card so that I can be issued their room keys, unless that is not necessary. After they settle in, the accounts would be converted to each individual's government credit card. We do not want to stop at the desk upon his arrival at the hotel, hence the requests for the keys in advance. We request four individual keys to the Administrator's room in the event we need to enter for security or medical emergency purposes.

to advise him of our presence in your hotel and to briefly meet with him or his representative to go over emergency contingency plans the hotel has in place for emergency evacuation due to fire, natural disaster, earthquake, medical issues, and the like. I will be available to meet Tuesday, October 3, 2017<x-apple-data-detectors://10> to conduct a walkthrough of the property.
