In my letter to you of December 17, 1982, we quoted a cleaning and waste charge of $107.00. We have determined that the charge can be reduced to $82.00 when cleaning is required of a trailer in TiO service. Also, the rates' quoted December 17th are presently in ^ effect as they were quoted from our mileage table Item 1000 VNGD 200 Tariff.
