I think that this will satisfy them. I am ready to start helping you guys out, whenever you pull that trigger. Cheers! Although not responsible, you'll be hung with everything going on here. I expect your hearing to be in mid Sept, frankly, as soon as that's over you'll be able to come on board. I don't worry about the committee vote nor the floor vote. I really think within the next 30 days we can do this. EPA ED_001523_00001772-00001 Thanks for making Troy and his team available at any time. I talked with Troy yesterday and now understand that my committee meeting is likely to be in the later part of September, and assuming I make it out of committee, my confirmation vote by the full Senate will be sometime in October or even November. Perhaps not surprising, this bewilders the financial folks at my university who are trying to nail down the budget for their newly started academic fiscal year. They would like a target date for my resignation, but if this is not possible from your perspective, I will gently explain the overall uncertainty in the process to them, and we will just live with it.
