The patient is a dye cast maintenance worker, and he olaims that on occasions he has inhaled the hydraulic fluid fumes of Pydraul which were accidentally dropped on molten metal at 300 and exposed to these fumes for ten to fifteen minutes. I gather that while this exposure occurred indoors it ms in a well-ventilated, spacious area. The patient olalmed that he gagged on several occasions after this and most recently has not felt well since his last exposure. He lias felt weak and tired with generalized aohes and pains "like the flu" associated with marked perspiration. Physical examination was essentially unrevealing.
