I had some similar problems with Midnight, published by the Globe News paper group back in 1971. At that time the publisher was Miss Joan LeBlanc, 1440 St. Catherine St. W., Suite 625, Montreal, Canada. Apparently, the magazine is a sensation-type tabloid appearing in many cities in Ohio, Michigan and New York. As I recall,"feat? had a very difficult time getting a feature writer named Ray Metcalf to make a retraction on a story he had written on lead in paints.
