The purpose of this investigation is to supply our Safety and Production employees with the necessary pre cautionary information for the safe usage of the products. In order that we may properly evaluate your product, we request that detailed information regarding its physical and chemical com position be supplied to us. The information about your product should contain the following: ff V* L,,?- (1) Percentage and chemical name of each ingredient. (2) Flash point, open and closed cup, if any. (3) The general physical and chemical properties of the product. (A) The recommended method of use or application. (5) The heavy metal, chromate, phenol or phenol derivative con tent, if any. (6) The pH of the concentrate, and the pH at the recommended dilution. ^ We, of course, appreciate the fact that many organizations as a general policy consider such information as confidential. However, due to the fact that this information will be used only by us in the Industrial Hygiene Department for the purposes of health and safety, you can be assured that it will be kept in strict confi dence and no details about your formulation will be released.
