Stewart: The Celanese Chemical Company, Inc. plant, at Bishop, plans to reclaim about 1200 linear feet of steel pipe ranging in size from 3" to 12" in diameter. This reclamation work will start October 26,^ 1981. The pipe is insulated with friable asbestos insulation, so ' /' insulation will be removed as the first step, and landfilled in the designated asbestos landfill located on the plant site. All precau- : tions, outlined in 40 CFR 61.20 - 61.25, will be observed. This letter will serve as a notification of this work, as required by 40 CFR 61.22 (d)(2).
