We met with Raul Marmolejo, Vice President of Operation at the Opening Conference. I presented my credentials to Mr. Marmolejo and informed him that this was an EPA inspection to determine compliance with the Federal Insecticide Fungicide Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The scope of the would be to review documents and any pesticide products for evaluation of the compliance with FIFRA (40 CFR Subpart 169.3 - Inspections). FACILITY DESCRIPTION Multi Mexican Products is an import business registered in Texas. Multi Mexican Products primarily engaged in the importation of groceries and cleaning products. The company has approximately 8 employees and has annual revenue of approximately $5 million. Section II - OBSERVATIONS On December 11, 2024, EPA Region 6 inspector Lee McMillan accompanied by inspector Justin Mullenix. During the inspection I did not observe any pesticides or related products on site. The company claim that it has not carried Clorox or any other disinfectant products in several years. Multi Mexican Products is also aware that such products are regulated. No photos were taken during this inspection. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN I conducted closing conference with Mr. Marmolejo at Multi Mexican Products at 5:05 PM on December 11, 2024. I did not observe any pesticide products on site. I concluded the inspection and exited the facility at 5:07 PM. Section IV - FOLLOW UP No additional information was received by EPA after exiting the Facility on December 11, 2024. Case will be concluded.
