Young Subject: Asbestos ETS Delayed The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted the Asbestos Information Association's request for a stay of OSHA's emergency temporary standard covering occupational exposure to asbestos. The appellate court's order bars OSHA from lowering the permissible exposure limit for asbestos to 0.5 fibers per cubic centimeter "pending further order of the court."
